I started in media planning and I tripped and fell into the email marketing world 15 years ago. Since then I’ve dabbled in many aspects of the email flow from creation to deployment and through to delivery to the inbox. My most fascinating and enjoyable topics have been around deliverability and the intricacies behind delivering mail successfully, which I’m so very fortunate to have as my focus these past 7 years.
