Alicante is located in the southeastern part of Spain on the Costa Blanca, which means ‘White Coast.’ It is situated in the Valencian Community and is the capital of the province of Alicante. It lies on the eastern coast of Spain and is known for its beautiful beaches and impressive historic landmarks. There is an impressive castle, bustling markets and a great nightlife.
The Alicante Deliverability Summit is being held in a central location in Alicante City Center, the Eurostars Centrum Hotel. A 4 star business hotel.
Arriving by public transport, The venue is a short walk from the Alicante Terminal train station and can be easily accessed from Alicante (or Valencia) Airport.
Once there you are a couple of minutes walk from the hatrbour, ten minutes to the beach or the castle.
Partners, families and children are welcome to join you at almost all the networking activities. Complimentary tikcets for partners and under twelves to networking on the evening of Wednesday the 12th is included with your ticket.
Beach days and similar activities like walks on the beach, ice cream and selfies and other networking activities your wlecome to bring your partner and family.
If you want to bring your partner or family and children to networking activties including elevenses, or almeurzo and post event networking and nibbles they are extrenely welcome. This is SPain even toddlers are welcome to join and make it a family affair.

There are dedicated channels only open to Deliverability Summit delegates. The platform enables you to talk in the delegate channel and interact directly and privately with other delegates.
The 2024 Alicante Deliverability Summit is happening on May 30th and 31st 2024. We will have optional networking activities the preceding day and after the event on June the 1st.
There is another Deliverability Summit scheduled for 2024 in Amsterdam NL on April 11th and 12th 2024.
Anyone is able to join the Deliverability Summit, members are provided discounts.
Payment is by credit card handled via Stripe. Alternatively we can raise an invoice for payment by bank transfer.

We make plenty of provisions for food and catering. Their is water and coffee, teas available throughout the day. Additionally we start every day with coffee and a selection of infusions alongside pastries, we break for a traditional light almuerzo (savoury nibbles, ham, cheese, tortilla, bread) mid morning, before sitting down for a multi course meal for lunch.including soft drinks, beer and wine then later In the afternoon we have another break with sweet bites and cakes, before enjoying more nibbles and drinks soft and beer and wine in the evening post conference. You may likely still want a light breakfast before and dinner after the conference each day.
We welcome participation and submissions for presentations and discussions.
Activities are subject to availability and include activities designed to allow anyone, even introverts and others the opportunity to participate in group activities and find the opportunity for natural networking opportunities.
We have arcade games, table games, golf days and beach days planned as well as networking mixers and more before during and after the event.
Yes your welcome to bring a guest, partner or colleague to social activities although this is dependant on space, availability and a charge for some activities.
There are no refunds available for a no show. You can transfer your ticket to another individual. Refunds for cancellations up to 14 days before the event. Provide credit for a future event for cancellations up to 7 days before the event.
