We do not generally provide refunds, exceptional circumstances not withstanding. If however you are unable to make it to the event in person we will transfer your ticket to a future event at no charge or to another individual. You can read our terms and conditions here.

In a nutshell however we will not share your data with partners as an online delegate expect so much as to allow you to participate at a functional hybrid event. So other delegates can see your name and profile if you choose to complete it (please do). No one other than emailexpert will add you to any list as a result of attending the event. Select sponsors get an in person delegate list and their contacts ahead of time for example. This facilitates everyone being able to make connections and best use of the time at the event.
